【摘要】本文主要从帮助学生树立“健康第一”的思想,把增强学生体质作为体育课的最基本目标入手,着重突出课的目标,并把它变成学生脑子里的目标,让他们用自己的脑子跟我们学会基本的运动技术,并用自己的身体去体验,去感受运动技术。把课上得有实效,上得干干净净,实实在在。在精心备课上着重强调在课堂练****时间上下功夫,让学生用更多的时间去练****解决学生“软”、“硬”、“笨”、“晕”等身体缺陷。改变认识观念,瞄准将来,培养学生锻炼身体的意识,教会学生锻炼身体的方法,教会学生确保安全和保健的本领。让学生用自己的脑子指挥自己的身体,实实在在的进行身体锻炼。多形式,多手段,多角度的从学生平时熟悉的、喜欢的、贴近生活的、符合学生特点的内容和教法上入手,创造和谐健康的教学环境。把“要我练”变成“我要练”。形成表扬鼓励、交流评价机制。
