号各岗位主要职责表职责①项目经理为施工质量的第一责任人,对全部工程的施工质量全权负,责对工程质量实行一致领导,对施工质量的重要问题进行决议,②保证人力、设备、资本等资源到位。③对员工进行“百年大计、质量第一、用户至上、诚信为本"的教育,宽泛发动民众展首创优秀工程活动。①负责质量系统的建立、实行和管理,系统运转知足达标投产的要求,并加以保持。②正确办理施工质量与施工进度以及监理工程师的关系,合理安排施工程序,。项目副经理③掌握工程项目的质量状况。严格执行质量奖罚制度,按“三不放过”的原则办理质量事故。④每个月组织一次工程项目的质量检查,针对主要问题,亲身组织攻关。对重要质量问题负责,并实时上报有关部门,以获得稳定解决。①贯彻执行国家和公司宣布的各项技术规范、规程、质量管理举措的要求,并在施工过程中严格检查落真相况,严防工程质量事故发生。②辅助项目经理召动工程质量事故分析会,提出质量事故的技术办理方案,对证量事故负责并有权追查技术责任,组织编写质量事故报告。③对技术问题和质量问题提出改良举措,指导展首创优秀工程活动。对完工项目总工程工程的质量负有直接技术责任。3师④主持工程项目的质量设计工作。主持重要项目和新技术、新工艺的技术质量交底工作,以及要点工程控制轴线丈量的复查、判断和同意工作。⑤实时掌握工程质量状况,对证量好的典型实时进行实行。对违犯施工程序和操作规程的现象实时遏止,严重的责令其歇工。⑥主持工程质量检查,敦促质检部门进行分项、分部工程质量的评定,主持查完工作。①负责施工技术管理工作和计划管理工作,对项目经理部负责,负责编制年月度施工计划;负责施工组织专业设计和作业指导书文件的审批;负责工程施工过程控制;负责工程施工文件和资料的管理;负责文件管理和竣薪资料的管理工作。②负责向各作业队、班组作技术要乞降质量标准交底,在施工过程中认真检查落真相况,对违犯操作规程的班组和个人有权纠正和遏止。工程技术部③敦促丈量队对丈量轴线定位,水平点及高程控制实时进行复核,并负直接技术责任。④敦促试验人员对砂石骨料、水泥、钢筋、混凝土、水泥沙浆等按要务实时进行现场取样和质量检验试验,并准时将有关检验报告上报有关部门和领导。⑤敦促物质设备部熟****掌握原资料、成品、半成品的质量标准,禁止供给不合格的资料。施工调动部①依据项目施工组织设计和施工技术举措组织施工生产,②负责编写施工大事记,负责施工过程和最后产品的防备控制。①认真贯彻执行国家、公司和监理工程师宣布的各项规范、规程、质量管理举措、质量奖罚条例,负责工程质量的判断工作,对其工作质量负责,保证其正确率.②负责工程质量的按期检查和查收,检查施工班组自检、质检员复检和质检工程师终检“三检制"落真相况,以及一些重要部位或工序质检人员的落真相况。对违犯施工程序和规范的行为果断遏止,必需时下达歇工令并实时报主管领导办理。③敦促丈量队对施工项目丈量轴线定位,水平点及高程控制实时进行复核。④敦促试验人员对砂石骨料、水泥、钢筋、混凝土、水泥沙浆等按要务实时进行现场取样和质量检验试验。⑤敦促物质设备部熟****掌握原资料、成品、半成品的质量标准,禁止供给不合格的资料。①负责工程施薪资料和设备的采买,依据施工进度计划和质量的要求,准时、按质、按量保证主要资料和辅助资料的配套供给,保证经济合理地解决好供需连接,并对所采买的施薪资料和设备的质量负责。②负责工程资料的入库查收、仓储保护、控制发料、清库清点等物质的平常管理工作,建立健全机械设备的管理制度,增强对机械设备的维修、保养工作,保证机械设备有效合理的利用。①负责项目工地的试验、检测和计量工作.②负责建筑原资料的督查检验和建筑施工的过程试验,实时按施工技术规范要求对砂石骨料、水泥、钢筋、混凝土、沙浆、外加剂、拌和水等进行现场取样和质量检验试验,并将检验成就准时向工程技术部和总工程师报告。③负责项目工地计量仪器设备管理工作,对试验检验设备进行按期校验和率定;参加项目工地有关的质量分析和研究。①负责制定劳动力计划,做好人事管理工作。②做好进场新员工培训及特别工程的人员培训工作。①负责合同评审及经营、合同管理;编制经营计划;督查各项合同的执行。②按期上报基建统计会计报表,并对各样报表进行分析研究。;负责行政文件的督办工作;负责项目工地内部行政文件的管理工作;管理项目工地的办公交通工具。。1)认真贯彻ISO9001系列质量标准,建立圆满质量系统。为保证质量系统连续有效地运转,实现工程质量创优目标,建立以项目经理和总工程师为核心,有关部门领导参加的质量管理委员会;建立质量责任制,以试验室试验结果为依据,踊跃展首创优活动,张开全面质量管理和QC活动,。质量管理目标确定质量保证系统思想保证技术保证经济保证组织保证提升质量意识先进的资源配经济责任制建立健全组织机构和奖罚制度和管理制度置和技术举措质质预下施施机施计签制完实工调机试质量防道工工具工量定善量组定行准材过标意工计程电安为织经识备料程准回设奖优序量及主计的的的的济技度物验环就支诚访与质质质质罚质的责是方付量量量量术资保信服方案任制优教用控控控控手控育务针户制制制制制制度续价部室部室部改良工作质量提升工作技术提升经济效益项目经理部质量保证质量保证系统框图
