年产10万吨湿法炼锌冶金计算（毕业论文doc）.doc

摘要
本设计是根据金山铟锗化工有限公司的实际情况,对该厂在原有的生产规模上进行扩建,其扩建规模为10万吨/年。本设计的内容主要包括:工艺流程的选择与论证、电解车间主要技术经济指标的选择与论证、冶金计算、车间的配置设计、设备的选择与计算、综合利用与环境保护、车间组织与经济分析。本设计的重点是电解车间。
本设计所采用的是国内普遍采用的湿法炼锌传统工艺:锌精矿→焙烧→浸出→净化→电积→熔铸→锌锭。
本设计的主要技术经济指标如下:
锌的总回收率:95%;
电解槽电压:;
总电流强度:25000A;
阴极电流密度:480 A/m2;
电流效率:90%;
年工作日:330天;
直流电单耗:。
本设计严格按照设计的基本原理和国家的相关标准以及技术规范,吸取国内外的先进的技术经验,结合自身的实际情况,选择国内的成熟设备,设计出劳动强度低、生产效率高、环境污染少的方案。

Abstract
According to the actual situation of Jinshan Zinc Factory, this design carries on the extension to this factory in the original scale of production, its extension scale is 100,000 t/a. The contents of the design include the choice and proof of technological process, the choice and proof of the main technical and economic index in the electrolysis workshop, metallurgical calculation, the design and arrangement of the electrolysis workshop, the choice and calculation of equipments, comprehensive recovery and environment protection, arrange of the electrolysis workshop and the econo
my analysis. The key point of this design is the electrolysis workshop.
The metallurgical press applied in the design is the conventional process of hydrometallurgy of zinc in domestic: Zinc ore concentrate →roasting → leaching →purification → electrodeposition →casting →zinc spindle.
