摘要
碎纸机是对于需要报保密的废弃文件、保密资料、图纸、记有保密信息的废纸以及试卷等需要安全处理的保密物件以及对于现代的一些信息载体(例如光盘,软盘等)等进行切割处的工具,理既可以达到文件保密的作用,也可以方便处理日常废弃品,为现代办公提供一份环保清洁的保证。本文通过对碎纸机发展历程的回顾,结合我国碎纸机的发展现状,发现市场里的碎纸机体积大,成本高,效率偏低,为此力求在设计中做到小体积,低成本,高效率的碎纸机。首先根据设计要求并考虑到碎纸机的工作特性提出三种不同的传动系统方案,通过对提出的不同传动系统方案进行分析比较,最终择优选择二级齿轮减速传动,并确定好碎纸机的传动系统简图;根据设计要求给出的数据进行计算各轴的转速以及所传递的转矩由此确定电机型号,并通过计算弯曲疲劳强度与接触疲劳强度完成电机输出减速齿轮组和碎纸刀传动齿轮的设计与校核,以及这两对齿轮的结构设计;由于碎纸刀轴是主要受力部分,因此又对碎纸刀轴进行最小直径的计算以及轴上各部件的轴向及周向的固定及其位置进行了分析与确定;接下来又对碎纸刀***材料、形状的选择以及刀梳的形状结构进行了简单介绍,最终形成了碎纸刀轴、碎纸刀、齿轮等零件图和碎纸机的装配图。因此本设计对于民用办公或者企业办公的日常需要是有着实际应用的意义。

Abstract
The machine of shredder is a cutting tool which is need for secrecy, newspaper obsolete documents, drawings, confidential information waste paper of confidential information secret objects and test to safe handling and for some information carrier of modern (. CD, floppy disk and so on), not only can achieve file security role, but also be convenient handle daily waste products, provide a guarantee for the modern office environment clean. This paper reviews the development course of the shredder, combining with the development situation of the shredder in China, found the shredder market in large volume, high cost, low efficiency, therefore to be small in volume, in the design of low cost, high efficiency the paper shredder. Firstly, according to the design requirements and considering the characteristics of paper shredder put forward three kinds of schemes of different transmission system, through the analysis parison of different transmission system is proposed, finally to select two gear reducer drive, and determine the shredder of transmission system;According to the given data of design requirements for speed calculation of each axis and transmission torque to determine the model of motor, completion of the motor output by calculating the bending fatigue strength and contact fatigue stre
