摘要
本课题的主要任务就是设计HJ01001柴油机气缸盖的机械加工工艺规程和某道工序的专用机床夹具。该设计尽量保证以最低的加工成本达到符合零件图要求的加工精度;夹具设计要求定位合理,夹紧可靠,结构简单,操作简便,提高生产效率。气缸盖是柴油机的重要零部件之一,属于典型的箱体类零件。他的结构比较复杂,其加工质量的好坏将直接影响到柴油机的整体性能。
在夹具设计部分,主要思路是定位原理和定位方案的选定,以及夹紧系统的设计,夹紧力的估算,定位误差的分析,气缸的选用等,最终完成夹具设计。
本设计具有提高生产效率,满足工件的加工精度,降低了工人的劳动强度的优点,较好的实现了设计的要求。

Abstract
To design HJ01001 diesel engine cylinder head machine and procedures of a jig for machina tool is the main task of the subjiect. The design meet the requirements of the processing map accuracyof the lowest cost. Clamping reliable, simple,easy to operate and increasing the production sfficiency is the request of the decision. Cylinder head is an important part of the diesel engine. It's a typicall box part. Its more structure. The quality of processing will affect the performance of the diesel engine.
Designed some in the jig , mainly the selection of sureness of orienting the principle and localization scheme that was originally designed and adopted, clamp design of system , clamp estimation of strength , the position error analysis , hydraulic cylinder Selection etc. , finish design of jig finally.
The advantages are production efficiency, high precision of processing, reducing labor intensity of the workers.
