This system pletes real-time monitoring of the cutting force and cutting temperature through the use of dynamometer, the infrared thermal imager, signal conditioning circuit, data acquisition card puter hardware posed of hardware system and based on the LabVIEW platform software system to realize the real-time display, signal conditioning, data acquisition, data storage, data analysis and calibration of dynamometer of cutting force and cutting temperature.
