摘要随着工农业生产及各项科技的快速发展,以及人们的生活水平不断的提高,各个领域对供电的要求也越来越高,很多电力用户的供电必须是连续性的。尤其像医院、卫星发射基地、交通枢纽、政府机关等,一旦停电将会造成无可挽回的经济损失和政治影响。所以,需采取备用电源来保证供电的连续性,采用PLC(可编程控制器)控制备用电源的自动投入会大大的增加系统的可靠性。
本文主要介绍了备用电源自动投入装置的组成和原理要求、输入输出的设计,阐明了断路器及其控制。设计了系统结构原理图、PLC的硬件接线图、继电器控制原理图、自动重合闸等。经综合考虑影响备用电源自动投入的因素,设计了PLC梯形图、明备用和暗备用程序流程图等相应的流程图和软件程序编排。本文将明备用与暗备用综合在一起,通过断路器检测信号发给PLC,然后PLC综合处理两条线路是否明备用还是暗备用,根据各自的程序设计流程图往下运行,最后通过PLC处理决定是否该投入备用电源。本文还设计了报警装置,对各种错误动作进行报警。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of industrial and agricultural production,as well as the people's living standard improved, the supply of each field requirement to power is also more and more high,many power users must be continuity. Such as hospital, satellite launch center, transportation hub, government agency. once electricity will cause irreparable economic losses and political influence. Therefore, it must take the standby power supply to ensure the continuity of power supply, using PLC (programmable logic controller) automatic control of the standby power supply will greatly increase the reliability of the system.
This paper will Ming standby and dark alternate together, through the circuit breaker detection signal is sent to PLC, according to the respective flow chart of the program to run, the final decision on whether to the standby power supply through the PLC processing. This paper also designs the alarm device, alarm on all kinds of wrong action.
