摘要
随着国民经济的发展和工业的快速发展,在矿山、建材环卫等行业中,对物料的筛分、脱水脱介的处理的质量要求越来越高。现有的市场确不能够提供此类振动筛。在原有圆振动筛的设计基础上,对其主要的参数和机械性能进行了优化设计,并在其底座上设计了移动小车,以及在应用中需要注意的问题。激振器采用新乡威猛生产的筒式激振器,重量轻激振效果好。主弹簧采用橡胶复合弹簧,噪声小,减振效果好、运行安全可靠。采用普通的钢板筛面,筛分效果好,分级颗粒较好。

Abstract

The existing market cannot provide this kind of shaker firmly. Sieves in the original circular oscillation in the design foundation, has carried on the optimized design to its main parameter and the machine capability, and designed on its foundation moved the car, as well as question which needed to pay attention in the application. The driver uses the Hsinhsiang barrel type driver, the weight light excitation effect is good. The main spring uses the pound spring, the noise small, reduces inspires the effect well, the movement safe is reliable. Uses the ordinary steel plate screening surface, the screening effect good, the graduation pellet is good.
