【摘要】随着国民经济的发展,近年内,棒材生产不论在数量上还是品种上,都有相当大的增长。新型高效率的棒材精整设备,尤其是棒材矫直机,是保证棒材质量的重要关键。若棒料弯曲,就要用大棒料才能加工出一个小零件,材料利用率不高,经济性差。故在加工零件前需将棒料校直。现要求设计一短棒料校直机。为进一步完善精整过程和提高轧制速度,必须制造新的高效率棒材矫直机。本文采用了行星式搓滚校直的方法来校直棒材。其动搓板为滚子1,作连续回转运动;静搓板为弧形构件3,其上开的槽也是由深变浅而最后消失。这种方案不仅能将棒料校的很直,而且自动化程度和生产率高,所以采用此工作原理来为进一步完善精整过程和提高轧制速度。

Therefore, in processing parts need before will bar stock straightening. For this design a short bar stock straightening machine. To further perfect finishing process and improve rolling speed, must make the new high efficiency bar straightening machine. This paper used the type rub roll straightening method came straight bar. The move for roller 1 hemilateral pan, a continuous rotary movement; Static hemilateral pan for ponent 3, on the open of the slot also by the deep es shallow and finally disappeared. This scheme can not only will bar stock school very straight, and automation degree and high productivity, and use this principle to further perfect finishing process and improve rolling speed.
