三相异步电动机软启动仿真研究
摘要: 为了减小常规启动方法对负载设备的影响,提高电动机的启动性能,本论文采用软启动控制方案,通过对软启动系统组成和实现方式的分析,提出了限流启动与斜坡电压启动两种控制方式结合在一起的方案,设计了软启动系统的结构图,建立了相应的软启动仿真模型。
本论文首先对异步电机的的启动特性做了理论分析,其次运用仿真的方法对异步电机常规启动和软启动的启动性能进行研究。根据软启动的工作原理,利用晶闸管交流调压电路作为软启动的主电路,并引入电流负反馈控制作为控制回路,建立了软启动仿真模型,经过理论分析,表明模型的搭建是合理的。对软启动模型进行仿真,仿真结果表明,限流部分采用电流反馈的闭环控制方法可以达到预期的控制效果,即可以使电动机平稳可靠地启动。

Three-phase asynchronous motor soft start simulation research
Abstract:In order to reduce the influence of conventional boot method for load equipment, improve the start performance of motor, soft start control scheme is applied in this paper, through the analysis of soft start system and way of implementation, proposed the current limit start with slope voltage start together two kinds of control mode, design of structure of soft start system, established the soft start of the simulation model.
First startup of the characteristics of asynchronous motor this paper made theoretical analysis, secondly using the simulation method of conventional starting and soft start of asynchronous motor startup performance were studied. According to the working principle of soft start, the use of thyristor ac voltage regulation circuit as the main circuit of soft start, and current feedback control is introduced into model as control circuit, the soft start simulation model is established, through theoretical analysis, shows that the construction of the model is reasonable. Soft start model simulation, the simulation results show that the current limiting part with current feedback closed loop control method can achieve the desired control effect, which can make motor start smoothly and reliably.
