摘要
利率市场化是目前我国金融改革的重要内容。国外实践已经证明,利率市场化在实现内外均衡、保证金融资源的有效配置、促进经济增长等方面都起着重要的调节作用。近几年中央银行采取了各种措施改善商业银行的治理结构和管理体制,为我国商业银行管理改革营造了有利的外部环境。在这种情况下,研究如何从容应对利率市场化形势,已经成为当前我国商业银行经营管理中的重要内容。
根据世界各国的经验和教训,利率市场化是一个相当复杂的系统工程,它影响面广、涉及面大,商业银行作为金融体系的主要成员,更容易受到冲击,蕴藏风险,这是摆在商业银行面前的现实问题。本文围绕利率市场化对我国商业银行的影响。借鉴了国外利率市场化的理论和实践,结合我国利率市场化的经验,辩证的分析了两者之间的关系。同时,结合西方商业银行的经验,对我国商业银行如何应对利率市场化的影响提出了若干意见。

ABSTRACT
The market-oriented interest rate is the main content of the current finance reform in our country. The international experience has proved that interest rate marketization plays an important regulative role in realizing the internal-external equilibrium and insuring the effective allocating of financial resources and promoting the economic growth. In recent years, the Central Bank has taken measures to improve the managerial mechanism and structure mercial banks. In this case, It has e the main concern in the current management of mercial bank on how to deal with it easily. Combined with the experience of China’s interest rate marketization, the anically analyzes the mutual relationship between the interest rate marketization mercial bank.
According to both of the good and bad experiences from other countries, market-oriented interest rate is a plicated system project, which influences and involves widely. As the main member of financial system, commercial bank is easier subject to the strike with the potential risk , which is the realistic problem mercial bank faces.
