本文以金融危机期间,保险行业的动荡不安;保险市场的混乱无序;旧有的《保险法》不能适应现有新的情况,而急需出台行之有效的法律来规范保险市场
为背景。以国家金融监管部门为促进新法的出台;稳定保险市场;增强保险行业的集约经营、加强保险业内涵增长能力为前提。针对目前部分公司主要依靠快速增设机构、铺摊子实现外延式扩张,总体经营成本居高不下;保险业粗放发展方式的缺陷。通过对中国保险业的发展状况、新《保险法》的实施给保险行业带来的可能影响,进行分析研究,为保险行业适应新法要求,切实加强内控管理,加强业务管理、财务管理、分支机构管理和信息化建设;改善经营管理,实现国家、企业双赢。提供建议。
