考研辅导机构的现状问题对策研究.doc

摘要
随着浙江省社会事业发展与教育的进步,考研正在成为越来越多年轻人的选择。考研报考队伍的不断壮大,考研辅导需求的增加,也催生壮大了考研辅导机构这一市场。由于考研辅导机构数量众多,而且它们本身的水平与质量差距很大,为了自身的经济利益,各考研机构竞争激烈。因为行业自身自律意识不强,加之社会组织与政府的监督与管理不到位,考研辅导机构市场竞争环境恶化,考研辅导的方式方法差距明显,不同机构间的辅导效果也存在着巨大的差距。虚假信息,乃至行业倾轧现象时有发生,给广大缺乏社会经验与识别能力的考研学子们造成了很多的不便乃至危害。论题即以浙江省考研辅导机构市场化运作中存在的问题入手,分析问题产生的根源,并寻求合理化的解决对策。通过行业自身的监督和政府的有限监管,对从业者和消费者分别加以引导,从而建立起一个规范有序的考研辅导市场。
文章的研究在引言之后展开,首先介绍浙江省考研报考现状与考研辅导机构的现状,包括报考人数和考研辅导机构数量的变化、考研辅导机构的地域分布、质量构成状况等。进而通过研究列举出浙江省考研辅导机构存在的主要问题极其原因,最后在分析对比后,根据我国具体的国情,针对存在问题提出建设性意见,以期对规范考研辅导市场有所裨益。最后是本文的结论、参考文献及致谢。
