摘要


座椅电梯是一种运行在楼梯侧面的一种电梯,主要作用是帮助行动不便和特殊人群(残疾人和老人)上下家里的楼梯。自动上下楼座椅的结构是由轨道,驱动的装置,座椅三部分构成,驱动装置和座椅是配合在一起的,所以从宏观外观来看,座椅电梯就像一个在轨道上平稳运行的椅子。
文章中介绍了自动上下楼座椅的设计理论与方法。全面详尽的讨论了自动上下楼座椅的座椅和楼梯导轨等主要部件的结构设计。
运用AutoCAD软件进行自动上下楼座椅的二维平面设计,Solidworks软件完成楼座椅的三维立体设计,完成楼座椅的二维平面零件图和装配图的绘制。

ABSTRACT
Seat elevator is a kind of operation of an elevator in the stairs side, the main role is to help the disabled and special populations (disabled and elderly home) on the stairs. Automatic down seat structure posed of three parts, driving device and seat is together, so from the macroscopic appearance, seat lift like the one in the track smooth operation of the chair.
This paper introduces the design theory and method of the automatic down seat. prehensive exhaustive discussion of the structure design of automatic down seat seat and stair rails and other ponents.
Two-dimensional graphic design automatic down seat using AutoCAD
software, Solidworks software three-dimensional design,seat, seat plete
the drawing building 2D part drawings and assembly drawings.
