摘要
广西百色矿务局东怀煤矿的开采条件,主要是开采井田内含煤地层为第三纪那读组的下百岗段,由于在开采的过程中发现有巷道和煤层顶低板充水现象,这种现象的发生严重煤矿的生产,同时还危害着矿工的生命安全,因此本文主要是分析煤矿的区域水文地质条件和矿井水文地质条件找出其充水原因和规律,并提出可行的预测与防治方案。

Abstract
Ganglia baize mining bureau of coal mining east conceived, mainly is for coal mining field contains the formation of the reading group under the Miocene, because in 100 hillock mining of coal roadway and the basic process of low water filling top plate, the phenomenon of coal production, serious also endangering the safety of life, thus miners, this paper is to analyze the regional hydrogeology conditions of coal mine and hydro geological conditions to find the reasons and rules water filling, and puts forward practical prediction and prevention schemes.
