试论中国的非正式金融状况及其对主流观点的重大纠正
摘要本文针对长期以来学术界对中国非正式金融问题研究的薄弱状况,依据目前国际上方兴未艾的非正式金融理论,提出了分析研究中国非正式金融问题的基本框架,并据此对中国的非正式金融的基本状况进行了实证分析,对当前中国金融业界和学界的主流观点做出了重大纠正,进而提出了正确对待和处理8tTt8中国非正式金融问题的基本原则和战略方针。

非正式金融(informal finance/ curb finance, IF),是由来已久、长期存在而在当今世界经济金融生活中表现得尤为突出的重要、金融活动和金融力量。近年来,各国政府对非正式金融问题的日益重视。国际学术界也正兴起一股研究非正式金融的热潮。但在中国,对非正式金融问题的研究,尚未引起学术理论界应有的重视,仅限于金融业者的非学术性的交流和处理8tTt8;而学术界尚基本处于空白,仅在个别领域偶尔地、就事论事地、局部性地提及。而事实上,中国作为dddtt一个处于经济转型期的发展中大国,其非正式金融问题是十分突出的;它对整个国家的经济金融生活具有不可忽视的重要用
