营口大学跆拳道选项课的教学中存在的问题及对策

摘要:跆拳道是一项利用拳脚进行搏击的对抗性运动,它通过竞赛品势和功力检验等运动形式来使练****者达到增强体质、培养坚忍不拔的意志品质的目的。跆拳道的学练是一个由不会到会、由生到熟、由熟到巧的过程,怎样在较短的时间内,使技术得以掌握并达到一定的水平,这是每位练****者研究和探讨的问题。本文运用文献资料法,观察法,访谈法,问卷调查法等研究方法,仅从学练步骤、喂招实战、理论联系实际、强化训练、模拟训练等方面,同时结合教学的方法及要点加以探讨。希望在营口大学跆拳道选项课教学中提高教学效果有所帮助。

the Problems and Solutions in the Teaching of Yingkou University Taekwondo options
Abstract: Taekwondo is a fight confrontational campaign which use of fist and feet, which petition and skill tests for potential sports such as forms to make practitioners to attain purposes of enhanced constitution, cultivate indomitable will and quality. Taekwondo training is a process not going to be, to the Health and the cooked, to skillfully cooked , how in a short period of time, so that the technology is able to keep abreast and up to a certain level, which is the issue that each research and practitioners to research and discuss on. In this paper, using literature data, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and other methods of investigation, only steps of training, feeding bat, linking theory with practice, and strengthen training, and simulation training, bination of teaching methods and points to be discussed . I hope that the Taekwondo options lesson in Yingkou University Teaching help improve teaching effectiveness.
