Therapeutic effect of invigorating kidney on postmenopausal osteoporosis in rats
【Abstract】 AIM: To study the therapeutic effect of invigorating the kidney on postmenopausal osteoporosis in rats. METHODS: Thirtytale SD rats ly separated into 4 groups: normal group, model group, edicine group, kidneyinvigorating group, 8 rats in each group. The postmenopausal osteoporosis model y. One edicine group g/L nilestriol, 5 mL/L isotonic sodium chloride in other time; ones in kidneyinvigorating group edicine 200 g/L for tonifying the kidney, 5 mL/d, equivalent volume and concentration of sodium chloride e time to normal group and model group. Eight all the rats oving eyeball, and left femoral bone ineral density (BMD) in femoral bone easured by DPXPlus, and serum levels of E2 odel group pared al vs model (P<); edicine vs model (P<); kidney invigorating vs model (P<); E2: normal vs model (P<); edicine vs model (P<); kidneyinvigorating vs model (P<); normal vs edicine (); normal vs kidneyinvigorating (). CONCLUSION: Invigorating the kidney edicine can increase BMD, serum E2 in ovariectomized rat models, thus exerting the therapeutic effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis.
