摘要
建筑施工过程是一项多部门、多专业、多工种相互配合,历时较长而复杂的系统工程,为了保证施工计划按目标顺利实施,必须科学的施工管理和施工组织。
施工组织设计就是针对工程施工复杂性和多样性,对工程中遇到问题进行统筹的安排与系统的管理,对施工过程各项活动进行全面的管理,编制出具有规划和指导施工过程技术经济性文件。使建筑施工建立在科学合理的基础上,从而做到高速度、高质量、高效率的完成建设项目任务,尽快的发挥建设项目投资利益。通过这次施工组设计的编制,可以使自己对施工组织管理、施工工艺、质量与安全控制等工作的理解,并且能够对建筑物的结构布置、功能用途方面提高自己的认识水平,为以后从事相关工作打下坚实的基础。施工方案是施工组织要考虑的主要内容:包括土方工程、基础工程、主体工程、楼地面工程、门窗工程、装饰工程, 安装工程等。组织施工设计对质量保证措施、安全保证措施、文明施工措施、进度网络计划和各项资源需要量计划等都进行了组织设计。
