摘要
信号微机监测系统是铁路专用信号微机监测设备,可作为电务维护管理的辅助工具。信号微机监测系统是保证行车安全、加强信号设备结合部管理、监测铁路信号设备运用质量的重要行车设备。信号微机监测系统是铁路装备现代化的重要组成部分。它把现代最新技术,如传感器、现场总线、计算机网络通信、数据库及软件工程等技术,融为一体,监测并记录信号设备的主要运行状态,为电务部门掌握设备的运用质量和故障分析提供科学依据。同时,系统还具有数据逻辑判断功能,当信号设备的工作情况偏离预定界限或出现异常时及时报警,避免因设备故障或违章操作影响列车的安全、正点运行。信号微机监测系统是由铁道部、铁路局、铁路分局上层监测设备和电务段、车间(领工区)、车站基层监测设备组成的,监测本单位管辖内各车站信号设备运行状态的网络系统。信号微机监测系统应用计算机和信息采集机实时监测各种信号设备。该设备存录的大量现场数据对分析事故原因,有很大的帮助。可以分析事故当时的设备状况,操作人员操作程序,总结设备安全操作的经验。信号微机监测系统主要检测对象是车站6502电气集中系统。信号微机监测系统将6502中的有关开关量(键操作情况、轨道光带状态、道岔位置、信号机状态等)、有关模拟量(轨道电压、道岔表示电压、各种电源电压以及道岔电流等)采集进来,建立原始数据库。段机、车间机通过网络取得各个车站的数据,形成全线的模拟图,进行各种分析。
