摘要
DXD-50P使用单片机进行控制,用光电检测技术和步进电机拉袋技术替代传统的机械式供袋技术,使得包装精度更高、可靠性更好,包装的产品计量准确,封口无夹料现象。合理的设计,,缓冲充填的方法,使该机有效的提高了包装的质量。该包装机适用于各种片剂物料和部分粉末物料的包装,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
首先设计落料和成型系统。这包括传送包装材料机构、落料充填物料装置、成型装置、热封装置、裁切装置和成品传送带以及机架。特别是落料充填物料装置根据薄层摩擦学原理,创造性的采用了柔性落料、缓冲充填方法,有效地解决物料破损与包装速度问题。
其次,用一根垂直的主轴做主传动,用一对锥齿的垂直传动来实现传输带的平动;用一对凸轮在径向的跳动来实现热封器和剪切器的张开与闭合。设计出这些能实现总功能的机构,再对每个机构进行强度和寿命校核。算出每个部分的功率,查表选择所需的电动机型号。确定每个机构的尺寸,强度和平衡性也都被考虑。接着画出各个零件图,进而完成整台机器装配图的绘制。

ABSTRACT
