ABS钢塑复合管挤出机组设计
摘要
钢塑复合管是在钢管上包缚一层塑料,用塑料耐化学腐蚀,韧性好等优点来改善钢管易锈,不耐化学腐蚀等缺点,生成一种具备钢和塑料性能的管材。本文介绍了国内外塑料管材的发展状况,及钢塑复合管的应用性能和市场前景。同时对ABS树脂耐侯性差的特点进行了配方设计。在成型设备方面,对挤出机,定径装置,牵引装置,切割装置进行了选用,对生产中应控制的工艺参数进行了确定。而重点是在对挤出机头口模的结构尺寸及流道进行设计。设计的机头为一包缚机头,应选用直角式机头,而直角式机头存在一个问题,即当挤出料到达机头内时,流动方向将改变,同时流速也会变得不稳定不均匀,为改变这一状况,设计了一分料系统。为了保证产品密实,结构稳定,性能优异,必须对压缩段和定型段的结构尺寸进行确定。

Abstract
Steel-posite pipe in the pipe on a layer of plastic packages tied up with plastic corrosion-resistant chemical,good toughness to improve the advantages of pipe-rust, corrosion and other defects of chemical intolerance,have generated a performance of steel and plastic pipe. In this paper,at home and abroad the development of plastic pipe, tube and steel-posite application performance and market prospects. At the same time,ABS resin poor weather characteristics of the formulation. In molding equipment,the extruder,sizing devices, traction devices,cutting device was chosen to be in control of the production process parameters were established. The focus is on the nose of the extrusion die size and the structure of the design flow. The nose design for a pack tied nose,should use right-angle-nose,nose and right-angle-existence of a problem,that is, when the extrusion materials arrived in the nose,will change the direction of flow,flow rate will e Uneven stability for the change this situation,the design of a sub-feeding system. In order to ensure product density,structural stability,performance,the need pression of the stereotypes of the structure and size to find out.
