摘要
近年来,随着科学技术的进步和微电子技术的迅速发展,可编程序控制技术已广泛应用于自动化控制领域,可编程序控制器(PLC)以其高可靠性和操作简便等特点,已经形成了一种工业趋势。
可编程控制器是一种新型的通用控制装置,它将传统的继电器-接触器控制技术、计算机技术和通讯技术融为一体,专门为工业控制而设计,这一新型的通用自动控制装置以其高可靠性、较强的工作环境适应性和极为方便的使用性能,深受自动化领域技术人员的普遍欢迎。
运料小车在现代化的工厂中普遍存在。传统的工厂依靠人力推车运料,这样浪费了大量的人力物力,降低了生产效率。而现代工业生产中大量运用PLC控制运料小车,并结合组态王软件完成数据通信、网络管理、人机界面(HMI)和数据处理,使生产自动化,智能化,大大提高了生产效率,降低了劳动成本。

The car used for transport materials mon in modern factories. Plants rely on traditional human carts haul, so that waste a lot of manpower and resources, reduce production efficiency. The extensive use of modern industrial production car transport materials PLC control, combined with Configuration software for munications, network management, human-machine interface (HMI) and data processing, the production automation, intelligence, greatly improving production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

前言
大学生涯就要以这篇毕业论文作为结局,将所学的东西融会贯通。恰好所做的毕业设计是课程开过的PLC,尽管不是同一个类型的,所编的程序也是不相同的,但是对应毕业设计的上手还是可以比较快的了。
这论文的时候,自己还是写作前期还是一叶蔽目,毫无头绪。但是在查阅了相关的资料后也是对S7-200的硬件及其软件有了比较好的认识。
这篇论文是以S7-200系列PLC为主要载体,结合他对应的来对运料小车的控制进行编程,虽然没有具体的见到他的硬件,但是也对这样一个程序对应的接口做了了解。
