肢体语言沟通应用于小儿护理工作的临床分析

摘要目的:探讨肢体语言沟通在小儿护理中的临床应用。方法:收治患儿160例,年龄1~10岁,随机分成两组,分别为观察组和对照组,各180例。对照组采用常规的护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上加强肢体语言沟通,分析对照两组患儿在护理前后遵医嘱情况,以及对护理的护理满意度评分情况。结果:%,%,观察组明显低于对照组(P<);观察组患者的完全接受率(%)明显高于对照组(%)。结论:肢体语言沟通在小儿护理工作中不但可以加强小儿的遵从医嘱的意愿,并且对护理满意度也有所提高,因此,肢体语言沟通在小儿护理工作中有重要的临床意义。
