摘要
温度是工业生产中常见的工艺参数之一,任何物理变化和化学反应过程都与温度密切相关,因此温度控制是生产自动化的重要任务。但是随着现代工业水平的提高,温度控制的对象日益复杂化,越来越多呈现出非线性、时变等特点,很难甚至无法对其建立精确的数学模型。采用以往的线性模型以及PID控制等经典控制方法往往很难达到理想的控制效果。而模糊控制理论作为现代智能控制的的分支之一,且具有不依赖对象的数学模型,鲁棒性强,算法容易实现,并可以利用人的经验知识等传统控制方法不具有的优点,所以本文将采用模糊控制理论作为温度控制的重要方案。
单片机作为优秀的低端控制器的优良特性已经是深入人心,本设计采用高性能PIC处理器作为控制核心,利用温度传感器18B20反馈的信号作为输入量,通过调节输出PWM脉冲的占空比来改变鼓风机的转速, 从而调节箱体内冷气的流量进而使箱体内温度恒定为零度。

Abstract
The temperature is industrial production in one of mon technological parameters, any physical changes and chemical reaction process are closely related with temperature, so the temperature control is an important task of automated production. But as the modern industrial level enhancement, temperature control object became plex, more and more, time-variant shows nonlinear characteristics, is difficult if not impossible to its establishment of mathematical model. Take past linear model and PID control and other classic control method is often very difficult to achieve the ideal control effect. And the fuzzy control theory as the modern intelligent control of one branch, and has not dependent objects of the mathematical model, the strong robustness, algorithm easily realize, and can use the experience such traditional control method of knowledge has no advantages, so this paper will use the fuzzy control theory, the important scheme as temperature control.
Single chip puter as excellent excellent characteristics of low-end controller is already thorough popular feeling, this design USES the high-performance PIC CPU for control core, using temperature sensor 18B20 feedback signal as inputs, through adjusting the PWM pulse output of empty the speed change blower board the casing, which regulates the flow of air and make the constant temperature is zero.
