摘要
塑料工业是新兴的工业,是现代工业中的一个重要的行业,与其他工业相比它是一个年轻的,但发展前景广阔的工业部门。
在机械制造业中,塑料广泛的被用来制造零件、部件。据统计,每年大约有25﹪的塑料用于机电行业各个部门。塑料机械随着工业的发展而逐步的成长起来。在塑料机械中,塑料挤出机是最多的机种之一,是塑料制品加工量最大的一种加工机械。
塑料挤出机在现代工业中有着广泛的应用,其中φ120塑料挤塑机主要用于各种热塑性塑料的挤出成型。若配置相应的机头及辅机,选用合适的螺杆,能将聚***乙烯(软或硬)聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS等塑料连续挤制成管、膜、瓶、带、丝、粒、板、异型材、电线电缆等制品。其主要特点是:吸收国外同类先进产品的特点、电控箱与挤塑机组成一体化形式。设计有多种形式的螺杆,长径比值大。采用可控硅直流电机驱动,无级调速平稳可靠,亦可用变频电机。机筒外设置铸铝加热器,并配有冷却用吹风机。由数字显示温度控制仪实现自动控温、定温。具有轴向力过载保护和扭矩过载保护功能。采用智能化双显数字化温控仪,实现自动控制,控制精度高。
此次设计包括φ120塑料挤出机的总体布局,传动系统的设计,螺杆轴承部分的结构及其布置形式,挤压系统的设计,主要零件的校核。
