摘要
核心竞争力是企业获取竞争优势的根源。企业的生存和持久发展有赖于企业在长期的经营和管理活动中形成的核心竞争力。核心竞争力理论形成至今,已成为企业解决生存与发展深层次问题的主流方法。中国要发展强大,首先中国企业要发展强大,即企业要有竞争力,尽管中国企业已进入世界500强,但核心竞争力的缺乏使我国企业在全球竞争中仍难取得优势。研究如何提高企业核心竞争力,从未像今天这样显得如此重要,理论和实践表明,建立和培育核心竞争力是提高企业竞争力的关键。近代连锁经营产生于1859年的美国,至今已有140多年的历史。连锁经营掀起了零售业的第三次革命。它是一种新兴的经营方式和经营理念,具有旺盛的生命力,前景广阔。连锁经营在国外发展比较成熟,世界上的零售大鳄多是连锁经营。中国的连锁经营企业要自强,需苦练内功,打造核心竞争力。本文将企业核心竞争力理论同我国连锁经营企业的实践结合起来,本着提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路进行阐述。
