临床路径结合PDCA循环管理在妇产科护生带教中的应用探讨

【摘要】目的探讨临床路径结合PDCA循环管理在妇产科护生临床带教中的应用与效果,方法将2010年在妇产科实****的115名护生,实施传统的带教方法,作为对照组,将2011年在妇产科实****的92名护生,实施临床路径结合PDCA循环质量管理的带教法,作为试验组,对两组教学效果进行比较。结果试验组的综合成绩及护生对教学效果的满意度均高于对照组。结论临床路径结合PDCA循环质量管理在妇产科护生临床带教中的应用,能确保教学质量,对培养合格护理人才具有深远意义。

  [Abstract ] Objective is devoted to discuss the effect and application of clinical bining PDCA  cycling management to the nursing lives clinical with the way of guidance and teaching in the Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Methods As a contrast group, we intend to train 115 nurses who practice themselves in the Obstetrics and Gynecology with traditional way of guidance and teaching in 2010.  Likewise, we intend to train 92 nurses the same quality as 115 nurses with the way of guidance and teaching of clinical bining PDCA cycling management. Result  Compare the effect of educating two groups, we obtain prehensive achievement and satisfaction of educating effect of experiment group are better than contrast group. Conclusion The application of clinical bining PDCA cycling management to the nursing lives clinical with the way of guidance and teachi
