高渗葡萄糖注入输卵管内预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的临床研究

摘要:目的探讨预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的方法。方法对125例输卵管妊娠患者行保留输卵管手术的患者随机分成2组。研究组55例术中应用50%葡萄糖液注入患侧输卵管残腔;而对照组70例术中不用任何药物。所有患者均于术前、术后3天及术后7天检测血β-HCG定量值。结果研究组术后持续性异位妊娠发生1例,而对照组发生4例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>)。两组术前、术后3天血β-HCG值比较差异无统计学意义(P>);两组术后7天血β-HCG值比较差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论应用高渗葡萄糖可预防异位妊娠保守性手术后持续性异位妊娠的发生,且应用方便,安全有效,无毒副作用。

[Abstract] Objective Method to prevent ectopic pregnancy conservative surgery persistent ectopic pregnancy. Methods There are two groups of 125 cases of patients with tubal preghancy keeping fallopian tube surgery patients. The team from 55 patients were put into 50% intraoperative application of the fallopian tube into glucose liquid residual cavity; and 70 cases of control group were without any drugs. In the preoperative and postoperative 3 days and after 7 days, both teams were measured blood beta HCG quantitative values.
