洛铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察
【摘要】目的:观察胸腔内置管注入洛铂和香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:收治恶性胸腔积液60例,随机数字表法分为两组,经皮胸腔内置管引流尽胸液后,治疗组30例予胸腔内注入洛铂50 mg+香菇多糖4 mg,对照组30例予顺铂40 mg/m2注入胸腔。结果:治疗组总有效率和生活质量改善率均优于对照组(P<)。两组毒副作用相近。结论:洛铂联合香菇多糖胸腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液安全有效。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe lobaplatin the effectiveness and adverse reaction in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion by injection to thoracic cavity with bined with lobaplatin or cisplatin alone. Method: 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into two groups, percutaneous intrathoracic drainage to pleural effusion, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with intrapleural injection of lobaplatin 50 mg + lentinan 4 mg, 30 cases in the control group treated with cisplatin 40 mg /m2 was injected into the pleural cavity. Result: The total effective rate and the improvement rate of life quality was better than that of the control group, with significant differences(P<). The two groups had similar side effects.
Conclusion: Chest tube rows of bined with mushrooms haride perfusion is safe and effective in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion, operation is convenient, effective, less adverse reactions, especially suitable for patients with advanced cancer through multiple platinum chemotherapy with pleural effusion.
