mands
mand category provides test program flow control and miscellaneous useful mands. Refer to the mand descriptions for more information.
ABORT or Ctrl-Z Exit the Runtime System and return to
RESET or one Ctrl-C Aborts the test and returns you to the beginning of the test program (the RESET state).
ERASE Erases any information displayed on the debug window.
ACCEPT Accepts debug changes that you made and writes them out to the .DBT file.
REMOVE Removes any changes that you made and returns the test statements at the specified labels back to their original state.
SYNC Causes a SYNC signal to appear on the tester's sync panel whenever the specified test step is executed. SYNC is useful when using an oscilloscope to view UUT signals.
DSMSYNC Causes a sync pulse to appear whenever the specified Deep Serial Memory address is executed.
LEARN Learns the states of any Output Unknown pins in the digital Burst, or else it learns the state of all pins that are Output Sensed.
PRLEARN Learns the states of all nodes in a guided
ABORT
The mand stops execution of the test program, resets all hardware, and returns control to the Production Assistant.
Simultaneously pressing the Ctrl and Z keys also aborts the Runtime System.
RESET
The mand causes the test program to reset and returns the system to the RESET or WAITING for START state.
