摘要
刨花板热压机是刨花板生产线中的核心设备,在整条生产线的生产环节极为重要,它的效率标志着整个生产线的生产价值。
刨花板热压机是国内较早使用的人造板机械,其集机械自动化、液压自动化、电子等技术结合一体的人造板机械。在人造板加工行业,热压机有着广泛地应用。它广泛地应用于家具生产行业、室内装修材料、装饰装潢业等领域。
本文简要的介绍了刨花板热压机的起源和发展现状,分析了国内同类热压机的特点,说明了其特点和使用范围。通过对压机的各部分的分析,制定了刨花板热压机的总体布局和结构方案和液压系统选择等。同时,还进行了液压缸和机体机架的设计计算。
本文以结构设计为主。

Abstract
Particleboard hot-pressing machine is the core of particleboard production line equipment and production lines in the whole production chain is extremely important because it marks the entire production line efficiency of the value of production.
Particleboard hot-pressing machine is the early use of wood-based panels and machinery, their collection machinery automation, hydraulic automation, electronics and other bined with integrated wood-based panel machinery. This article briefly introduces particleboard hot-pressing machine origin and development of the status quo, analysis of the characteristics of similar hot-press, indicating its characteristics and scope of use. Through the analysis of the various parts of presses, developed a particleboard hot-pressing machine's overall layout and structure of the program and the hydraulic system preferences.
