摘要
高校辅导员是高等学校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高等院校开展大学生思想政治
教育工作的骨干力量,是从事学生工作与学生联系最为密切的基层工作者。建立一支高
效稳定的高校辅导员队伍关系到我国大学生的健康成长,关系到整个高等教育事业的发
展。高校辅导员队伍的建设不仅仅是要从制度上、政策上改变现状,更要求了解高校辅
导员对职业的态度和情感。只有让高校辅导员自身从内心热爱本职工作、愿意终身去从
事这个职业,才能从根本上促进高校辅导员整体队伍的建设。这种态度和情感的核心就
是职业承诺。
现阶段关于我国高校辅导员职业承诺的研究,大多侧重于通过问卷调查得出量性的
结论,但对高校辅导员职业承诺缺乏深层次的调查。本文通过访谈的方式对影响职业承
诺水平因素进行了分析。
本文共分四章进行论述:
第一章为绪论,主要阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究方法、
研究的创新点和研究中的不足。
第二章,在分析高校辅导员具有教师和管理人员双重身份特殊性的基础上,对高
校辅导员职业承诺进行基本概念的界定。
第三章,通过对江苏省高校辅导员进行访谈,了解江苏地区 20 名高校辅导员对辅
导员职业的态度和情感。
第四章,根据访谈内容并结合文献资料,分析了现阶段影响我国高校辅导员职业
承诺水平的因素。
第五章,提出提升高校辅导员职业承诺水平的有效途径。

Abstract
The college counselor, who is an important part of the college teacher, is the backbone
of the colleges and universities to carry out ideological and political education work .They are
most closely grass-roots workers to work with students. To establish a highly efficient and
stable team of college counselors is related to the healthy growth of china’s college students
and the development of higher education as a whole. University Instructor Construction is not
just from the institutional policy to change the status quotation, but also requires an
understanding of the college counselor professional attitude and emotional. Only the college
counselors who willing to go to this career love their work from the heart can promote the
college counselors construction fundamentally. The core of the attitude and emotion is
mitment.
Most of mitments of college counselors are focused on the quantitative
conclusions drawn through questionnaires. But the investigation of the deep-seated lack of
college counselor mitment level, can not affect the level of professional
commitment and de
