摘要
虽然世界各国对什么是中小企业还没有一个统一的定义,但中小企业作为一个国家经济的“底座”,是国民经济的基础,它在推动国民经济增长、辅助大企业发展、增加就业、活跃市场、推动创新等方面具有不可替代的地位和作用。
企业信息化是人人都在谈论的话题,但是对于其管理还存在着很多的问题。我国中小企业的信息化现状不容乐观,这极大地影响了“以信息化带动工业化”方针的落实与实施。信息化已成为企业生存与发展的决定因素,成为企业经营战略的重要内容,是企业提升竞争力的重要途径,本文较为全面地分析了当前中小企业信息化存在的问题,并提出了相关的对策建议。
