摘要:脓毒症是重症患者中常见的一类疾病,病死率高,早期的诊断并监测是治疗关键。PCT(procalcitonin)
是近年来发现的一个与感染相关的生物学指标,与传统生物学标记物 C 反应蛋白相比,它在脓毒症发生时
出现时间更早,其浓度与病情严重程度成正相关,通过监测 PCT 浓度改变可以指导抗生素治疗。本文就
PCT 在体内的表达方式,对脓毒症早期诊断及指导抗菌药物的应用进展作一综述。

Abstract: Sepsis is the mon disease among the critically ill patients and would casuse high

mortality. Early diagnosis and monitoring are key for curing. Unliker the traditional biomarkers
including C-reactive protein, procalcitonin as a novel biomarker of infectious diseases elevate earlier
after oneset of the inflammatory disorder. The magnitude and duration of PCT elevation correlate with
prognosis and injury severity,also guide antibiotic therapy. The aim of this review is to summarize the
expression pathways of PCT,the current evidence of PCT as a biomarker to diagnose sepsis and guide
antibiotic therapy.
