论文题目:基于GIS的煤矿应急救援系统研究专业:安全技术及工程硕士生:黎静(签名)指导教师:李树刚(签名)摘要煤炭工业是我国国民经济和社会发展的基础,一直以来其在我国一次能源生产和消费结构中始终占据70%左右。近几年,煤矿重特大事故频繁发生,事故发生后,往往由于缺乏必需的应急救援系统或救援系统不完善、不畅通而延误了最佳救援时机,导致事故范围扩大,伤害程度加重,给企业带来了深重灾难。因此需要制定发生事故时,应该采取的紧急措施和应急方法,将事故对人员、财产和环境造成的损失降低至最小程度。建立事故应急救援系统是煤矿有效控制事故的手段,是必要的,也是必须的。本文在对煤矿重大事故应急救援理论分析的基础上,通过对系统的需求性分析、系统功能的分析与设计、系统结构设计、系统数据库设计、系统面向对象的可视化设计及系统的运行环境进行分析。 Basic相结合,应用对象嵌入式(Object Linking and Embedding-OLE)技术,进行集成式地理信息系统二次开发,形成了一套基于GIS(地理信息系统, Geographic Information System)的煤矿应急救援系统,实现了矿区基本数据、救援预案、避灾路线、救援资源、医疗救护信息、专家库的迅速调用。并以玉华煤矿为例,对系统功能进行验证。本文结合GIS技术对煤矿应急救援系统开发进行了研究,较好的实现了图形与数据的结合,给用户提供了直观的信息表现形式,为煤矿安全生产和事故救援的正确决策提供快速有效的信息支持。关键词:GIS;煤矿;应急救援系统;应急预案研究类型:应用研究Subject : Study of Emergency Rescue System in Coal Mine based on GISSpecialty: Safety Engineering Name : Li Jing (Signature) Instructor: Li Shugang (Signature) ABSTRACT The coal is the foundation of our country national economy and social development, which always occupies about 70% in our country’s production of one-off energy and consumption structure.
