As ateacher jn aprofessional music college,I have adeep understanding inthe graduates’employment problem inthe music paper investigates the employment situation inmusic profession and graduates’actual ability SO as to reveaI their employment situation on the basis ofanalyzing music discusses the basic contradictions in current employment situation of music major and the0bjective and subjective factors thataffectgraduates’ also puts forward some suggestions innationaI policy,sociaI environment,college education and graduates themselves.
