成都中医药大学硕士学位论文仲景汗症证治规律初探姓名:侯德建申请学位级别:硕士专业:方剂学指导教师:贾波 2008 成都中医药大学硕士研究生学位论文 1 中文摘要汗症是临床常见的一类症状,广泛见于内、外、妇、儿各科,由于其表现多样,成因各异,因此对于把握汗症发生的病因病机,为临床准确诊断与有效治疗带来了较大困难。然而通过对仲景著作的学****与研究我们可以发现,仲景对于汗症病因病机的认识以及分型论治,治法方药都提出了许多在今天看来都具有较大临床价值的观点,这些观点与看法广泛分布于其著作之中。仲景对于汗症的认识在《内经》的基础上进一步阐发完善,并且融医经、医方二家于一身,在理论及实践上都丰富完善了《内经》的内容并且启迪引领了后世医家。本文通过整理仲景著作中涉及汗症的相关内容,总结出了仲景对于汗症分型论治的辨证用药特点,并且通过其对汗症病因病机的认识总结出了仲景认识汗症发生的三大要素。此外通过分析仲景汗症用药特点归纳出了仲景针对汗症不同类型的基本配伍结构,并从中发现桂枝在汗症治疗中的重要作用,体现出了仲景认识治疗汗症的基本观点。关键词:汗症分型论治三要素配伍结构成都中医药大学硕士研究生学位论文 2 Abstract The symptom of sweating is a kind of symptoms which monly encountered in the clinic. It can happen in all kinds of clinic, such as Internal medicine department,department of gynecology, department of pediatrics and chirurgery. Because of its diversity of representation and different causes, it is difficult to find its pathogen and pathogenesis, make nicety diagnoses, and give effective therapy. However, after studying the works of zhongjing, we can find much worthy viewpoints which can help us to recognize the causes, pathogen and pathogenesis of sweating symptom. The recognizing which formed by zhongjing is consummated on the basement of Neijing, and make theory and prescription in one. It perfects the Neijing in both theory and practice, and illumes the followers. This article summarizes the characters of treatments of sweating symptom by packing up content in zhongjing works which have relation to the sweating symptom, and also summarizes three essential factors by identifying its pathogen and pathogenesis. Furthermore, we induce patibility of different patterns by analyzing the character of treatment in zhongjing. We also find the important effect of guizhi in treating the sweating symptom.
