Abstract
Along with the trend of the markets globalize， the product's life cycle abbreviating and the customer request for product gradually diversify， personality, the product’s virtual design and virtual assembly have come out because of this.
Realize product virtual design, assemble, manufactory need not cost the large quantity funds to make the machine of the real object size， but instead of using the computer to make the produce’s digital model and design data， It can consumedly shorten the develop time， and reduce the exploitation funds, It also can make us fine product’s problem in early stage of exploitation and make the problem resolved in time.
3D design can give us a solid model 。we can use a FEA software to analysis the force on the part and the transform of the object .the result will be showed in the form of a sketch-map we can know the state easily 。

摘要
随着市场的全球化趋势日益增强，产品的生命周期逐渐缩短，用户对产品的要求日趋多样化、个性化，产品的虚拟设计开发与虚拟装配为适应这种社会需求应运而生。三维设计实现了产品虚拟设计、装配，分析，使制造商不必花费大量资金和时间去制造与实物大小的样机，而代之以利用计算机产生的产品数字化的实物模型，可以大大缩短开发时间，节约研制经费,且能够在产品开发早期阶段及早发现可能存在的问题，使其在成为实物之前得到完善解决。
Solidworks是一个方便实用的三维参数化建模软件，功能非常完善，它仅仅用个人计算机上软件，低廉的价格就完全实现了以前需要在工作站上完成的工作。而且它的数据兼容性也很好，可以和其它的3D软件共享数据,还可与3ds max结合进行动画编辑操作，进行装配与工作过程的仿真。Solidworks的COSMOS 插件可以对零部件进行有限元分析，对其受力和变形情况进行模拟。
本次毕业设计主要是针对自动变速器原理而展开的。主要是介绍三维设计的过程和三维设计的优势。
本次毕业设计主要包括三个部分:
⑴ 自动变速器主要部件三维建模：
对自动变速器重要组成部分进行了三维建模。
⑵装配及工作过程的动态模拟：
把在Solidworks中所建立自动变速器主要部件的装配体导入到3ds max，进行动画及场景渲染，对自动变速器的工作情况进行动态仿真
⑶对立体模型进行简单的有限元分析。
