I 摘要本文介绍的模具实例结构简单实用,使用方便可靠,首先根据工件图算工件的展开尺寸,在根据展开尺寸算该零件的压力中心,材料利用率,画排样图。根据零件的几何形状要求和尺寸的分析,采用复合模冲压,这样有利于提高生产效率,模具设计和制造也相对于简单。当所有的参数计算完后,对模具的装配方案,对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行了分析。在设计过程中除了设计说明书外,还包括模具的装配图,非标准零件的零件图。本套模具包括落料冲孔复合模和弯曲模两套模具,在模具的结构设计和计算完成后,开始利用 UGNX建模模块下设计模具的每个零件图,如上、下模座,上、下垫板,凸、凹模等,在零件的设计过程中需要利用 UGNX的拉伸、旋转、扫掠、孔等各种功能,有利于我们熟悉 UGNX的强大功能。之后在 UG NX装配模块下再将零件装配。最后再利用 UGNX将零件的三维图转换为二维图。关键词:模具复合模弯曲模冲压 UGNX II Abstract This text introductive molding tool solid example the structure is inbrief practical, the usage convenience isdependable, first according tothe work piece the diagram calculate the work piece tolaunch size, ording tolaunch the pressure center that the size calculates that spare parts, the material utilization, painting row kind diagram.
