基于Pro/E的插排外壳设计
才商 要：论文探讨了基于Pro/E三维软件对插排的外壳进行设计。插排是日常生活中 的不可缺少的用具，它的主要结构是上下两个薄体匝壳，上壳体表面有相适 应的插孔，下壳通过螺钉螺孔与上壳装配而成。Pro/E具有强大的3D曲面造 型功能，通过Pro/E的三维曲面造型模块以及二维平面制图设计出插排上下 外壳，而其插孔与螺钉螺孔则通过软件的实体拉伸、去除材料、曲面编辑等 基础特征的创建、工程特征的创建来完成，最后通过零件的装配特征将上下 壳体组装成插排。这是一次应用三维设计软件进行实体操作及应用的实例， 通过此次的设计可以为将来更好的应用于工业工程或设计其它产品而打下坚 实的基础。

Design of the shell of the socket on Pro/E
Abstract: This paper mainly describes the design of the shell of socket based on Pro/E .
The socket is indispensable in daily life utensils, its main structure is a body turns up and down two thin shell, the middle and upper shell have to adapt to the jack, the lower shell with screws and screw assembly from the shell. Pro / E has a powerful 3D surface modeling capabilities, through the Pro / E and the two-dimensional surface modeling module design drawing Inserted row upper and lower case, and its screw jack screw through the software entity stretch, material removal, surface editing features to create a foundation to create the project features to complete the final assembly features
