本文根据国内外钢管生产线上精整区测长系统的研究开发现状，以测长的硬件设计及 控制系统和软件系统作为设计研究的主要工作：
本文叙述了钢管的工艺生产流程及API国际标准；说明了国内测长系统的开发现状及 存在的问题并阐述了开发测长系统的必要性；陈述了课题的来源和论文的主要工作和意 义。提出了系统设计的设计要求；根据系统的整体组成结构，进行了测长系统的设计，包 括系统组成和工作过程以及设计时应注意的问题；最后给出了控制系统和软件系统的总体 设计方案及主要硬件的参数，简述了PLC编程的方式S7400的特点性，提出了PLC程序 的测试策略。提出了上位机软件的测试策略和监控系统的特点。提出了PLC的IDEFO表 示；着重介绍了PLC程序的模块化设计以及各个工位的程序流程、程序功能块的划分以及 与上位机通讯的基本原理和时序图，介绍了上位机监控系统的功能模块的设计；陈述了 上位机通讯方案的设计，而且在机械关键部分进行了计算和校核。最后总结了测长控制系 统和软件系统开发过程所做的工作，并对系统的改进方向进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
Steel tube is widely used as a sort of metallic material in industry and has also contributed much to the national economic development. In this paper, on the basis of the current situation of research on steel tube's measure, weight, pinstamp, band, stencil system both here and abroad, with the aim of researching and developing the measure system for 2nd product line in Tianjin Pipe Corporation,
technological process of steel tube and the international standard API are introduced. Then the current situation of research and problems on MWBPS system in China are described. And also, the necessities of the improvement of measure system are explained. Finally, the source of this project and the main contents as well as the significance of this paper are design requirements of this system are presented. Then,according to the system9 s integral structure, the author depicted the design of relevant measure subsystem, step system and etc,including the components, working process of the system and the precautions whendesigning. Finally, The whole design of the control system and software are alsopresented And the major hardware parameters. PLC program method and thecharacters of S7400 series are introduced in brief. The test strategy of the PLC program is also put forward. Finally, the testing strategy of the up-lever computer software and the characters of the monitoring control system are put forward.
