摘 要
瓦楞纸箱在传统包装材料上一直占有重要地位。目前生产的纸箱开箱机存在性能不稳定等许多细节问题，如纸箱摆放时容易翻倒。以往的储料方式采用动力输送，由于各个厂商使用的纸箱材质及厚度各不相同，使得使用过程中常出现纸箱送料不到位和送过料等现象。纸箱成型方法不佳导致成型后形状不够标准。针对上述问题，设计了瓦楞纸箱自动开箱机，根据重力下滑原理采用重力下滑机构自动供料，设计气动滑轨取料和气动折侧盖机构。此外通过在上箱机构、真空吸箱机构、摇臂输箱机构、纸箱导轨、压实撞杆、主机架上添加丝杠、光杠，使开箱机所开纸箱的尺寸柔性可调。纸箱自动开箱机通过PLC控制，使吸取纸箱、纸箱成型、纸箱折侧盖、推送纸箱、纸箱胶带封底等工作过程完全实现自动化。合理设计各个机构的尺寸与结构，避免最终总装的时候发生干涉。

Abstract
Corrugated carton packaging material has occupied an important position in the traditional. The current production of carton box machine performance is not stable and many other details,such as the cartons put tip over. The loading way using power delivery in the past. Due to different vendors use different carton material and thickness,use process often appears the phenomenon such as carton material does not reach the designed position and had sent the material. Carton after molding ,molding methods result in poor shape standard enough. For the above problem,corrugated carton box machine is designed. According to the principle of gravity in the gravity slide mechanism automatic feeding. Design of pneumatic slide feeding and pneumatic folding side cover. In addition to add screw and light bar in the box body,vacuum box,rocker arm lost case,carton guide compaction impact bars,main fame,so that out of the machine by the size of the cartons flexible carton box machine controlled by PLC,so that draw carton,carton forming,carton folding side cover,push carton,carton sealing tape and other work process is fully design the size and structure of the various organizations in order to avoid interference in the final assembly.
