第一阶段：基础知识培训。
材料准备及发放：
办理实****生入职手续。
准备好《实****生培训手册》 、《员工手册》发放给实****生。
准备好实****生办公场所、办公用品。
岗前培训：
让实****生仔细阅读《公司规章制度》 、《员工手册》。
对企业文化、公司中长期规划及规章制度进行宣讲。
带领实****生到相应部门报到。
3、部门岗位培训：
针对实****生的情况，制定iphone手机游戏开发的基础学****计划，让实****生对整个过程有个大概的了解。
