科室必须建立医疗废物交接登记制度，与废物处置工作人员进行交接登记，登记内容包括医疗废物的种类、重量或数量、交接时间以及经办人签名等项目。登记资料至少保存3年。

五、医疗废物转运要求
运送人员每天从医疗废物产生地点将分类包装的医疗废物按照规定的时间和路线运送至医疗废物暂存处。
运送人员在运送医疗废物时，应当检查包装物或者容器的标识、标签及封口是否符合要求，不得将不符合要求的医疗废物运送至医院垃圾暂存处。
运送人员在运送医疗废物时，使用垃圾收集箱以防止造成包装物或者容器破损和医疗废物的流失、泄漏和扩散，并防止医疗废物直接接触身体。
运送医疗废物应当使用防渗漏、防遗撒、无锐利边角、易于装卸和清洁的专用运送工具。每日运送工作结束后，应当对运送工具进行清洁和消毒。
