成都现代服务业发展与空间布局的研究.pdf

西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第1页摘要随着服务经济时代的到来,服务型经济结构已经成为城市经济发展的重要特征。现代城市经济增长方式的转变、基本功能的实现及其竞争力的提升都需依赖服务业的持续发展,尤其是以知识、信息、技术为支撑的现代服务业。作为我国西南地区重要的中心城市的成都,近年来其现代服务业发展取得了很大的成绩,已成为促进成都服务业产值不断增加的重要支柱,是城市发展的新亮点,同时其在大都市内部还呈现一定的空间布局特征。本文聚焦于成都市现代服务业的发展动态与重点行业的空间布局,在进行大量的资料收集与整理的基础上,采用了理论与实践相结合、比较分析的研究方法。本文首先在概括国内外服务业研究进展和现代服务业的涵义、分类、结构及特征的基础上,运用现代服务业空间集聚与布局理论、现代服务业空间集聚机制,得出了现代服务业的空间布局特征,即总体集聚态势下的局部分化。接着分析了成都市现代服务业发展的背景、现状与问题,成都市空间规模有所扩大,现代服务业发展迅速,就业吸附力增强,然而与国内其他城市相比,其整体发展水平偏低,存在一些问题。最后阐述了发展的条件和重点现代服务业的选择。成都市现代服务业在空间上主要以集聚形式表现出来,以市中心五城区为其空间布局的主体,但同时,现代服务业在这五城区内部的集聚发展水平存在着差异。另外,有些现代服务业也呈现由市中心区向外围分散发展的态势, 构建多个服务功能、发展水平不同的现代服务业集聚区。成都现代服务业发展中的重点产业为金融业、信息服务业、物流业及文化创意产业,在空问上主要以集聚区的形式分布和发展。总体上,现代服务业促进了成都经济的发展。关键词:成都市;现代服务业;空间布局;集聚西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第Ⅱ页 Ab stract With the arrivaloftheservice economy era,service-oriented economic structure e asignificant featureoftheurban economic isnecessary for modem urban todevelop serviceindustry continuously,particularly formodem service industry supported by knowledge,information andtechnology SO as to transform thepattern ofeconomic growth,achieve itsbasic functions and enhance petitiveness.
