1 北京市某饭店通风空调设计摘要本设计为北京某十层饭店空调工程设。该楼的工程概况为:总建筑面积约 13132m 2, 高 , 地上十层,地下一层。空调设计中, 一至三层的大空间( 大堂、西餐厅、宴会厅等) 采用全空气一次回风的空气处理方案。空气处理机组采用超薄吊顶式空气处理系统。其余空调房间( 中餐厅、客房、贵宾房等) 采用风机盘管加新风系统。新风由设置在走廊内的吊顶新风机组处理后送入各房间。在冷负荷计算的基础上完成主机和风机盘管的选型, 并通过风量、水量的计算确定风管路和水管路的规格,并校核最不利环路的阻力和压头用以确定新风机和水泵。空调用制冷机房设在地下室,选用两台螺杆式冷水机组。夏天使用冷水机组提供的 7/12 ℃的冷水。水管路采用两管制。关键词: 空调设计,全空气系统,风机盘管系统,冷水机组 2 Design of Ventilating and Air Conditioning for restaurant in Beijing A bstract The air conditioning engineering ofone Hotel with ten layers in Beijing was designed. The engineering general situation of the residence's floor is:Total building area roughly 13132 m2 , high m,on the ground 10 layer, underground 1 layer In air conditioning design, 1F and 3F big spaces ( great hall, western-style restaurant, banquet hall and soon) use concentrated all-air system. The air processing unit is microtome-ceil air system. Other air conditioned rooms (example Chinese dinner service, guest room, VIP Room and soon) use CFU and all-fresh air system, the outside air processes by new atmosphere unit which establishes in ceiling, and then sends in to various rooms. The main-machine and fan coils ’ choice were based on the calculation of cold-load. And through the numeration of blast volume and water flux , the standard of air duct and water pipe was determined. The most disadvantage resistance and pressure of the loop-road were checked up to ensure the machine of fresh-air and water pump. The Air conditioning refrigeration engine room is located in the basement, Selecting two screw rods types cold water unit, it uses 7/12 ℃ cold water which the cold water unit provides in summer. The water supply uses two pipelines.
