摘要在长期的流通实践中,很多从事送货活动的企业(厂商)或批发意识到,在货物运距较远,顾客较多,而且需求日趋复杂的情况下,直接从工厂或仓库装货, 并且直接将装备好的货物送至客户手中并不十分经济;采用直达送货的办法开展配送,有时会浪费运力,增加物流成本。为了更有效地组织物流活动,许多厂商或批发商纷纷在流通枢纽地设置了配送中心,并以配送中心为基地开展配送活动。本文根据配送中心的作业特点, 分析了物流配送中心基本组成和作业流程,将物流配送中心剖析为“订货处理”“进货”“出货”“配送运输”等子系统。分析阐述了物流配送中心的外部作业流程规划,比如基于节约里程法的外部作业流程运输路线优化;内部作业流程的规划,比如“订单处理”“进货”“发货”等内部作业流程路线优化。综合起来说就是对物流配送中心“订单处理——入库——发货——运输”整个流程的路线的优化。关键词: 物流配送中心;作业流程;线路优化;节约里程法 ABSTRACT In the long practice of the circulation of panies engaged in shipping (vendor) or wholesale and realized that the goods the distance is far, the customer is more, plex situations and needs, direct from the factory or warehouse loading, and will be equipped with good goods directly to the customer isnot very economy;Using direct delivery method to carry out distribution, sometimes waste capacity, increase the logistics order to more anize activities of logistics, many manufacturers or wholesalers in circulation hub to set upa distribution center in ession, and the distribution center asa base to carry out distribution activities.
