【摘要】目的:研究分析妇产科护理中常见纠纷产生原因及相关管理对策。方 法:整理收集2014年2月至2015年10月期间我院治疗的100例患者作为研究 对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各50例患者,对照组患者实施传统妇产 科护理模式,观察组患者给予优质妇产科护理模式,加强工作人员与患者的沟通 与交流,对比分析两组患者的护理满意度及效果。结果:观察组患者生活质量和 护理满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义P<。结论:研究发 现妇产科护理中常见纠纷产生原因与患者生活质量有关,因此在护理工作中需要 通过增强护理工作者服务意识,提高护理质量,加强工作人员与患者的沟通,来 减少护理纠纷的产生。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the causes and Management Countermeasures of common disputes in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: collecting 2014 100 patients in our hospital during the period of February to October 2015 as the object of study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each 50 cases in each group, control the implementation of the traditional mode of Department of gynaecology and obstetrics nursing group, patients in observation group received the quality of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing mode, strengthen communication and exchanges of staff and patients, comparative analysis nursing satisfaction and effectiveness of the two groups of patients. Results: the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant P<.
Conclusion: the study found that in obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing common disputes causes and the patients' quality of life
