jE塞窑通叁堂亟±堂僮盐塞生毫垴翌中文摘要摘要:高新技术正成为21世纪社会经济社会发展的主要动力。面对这一发展趋势, 日益众多的企业比以往更加重视高新技术,积极介入高新技术项目的开发和投资。但是对高新技术项目进行投资的风险很大,面临着多种客观或主观因素的影响。有可能由于风险事件的发生而导致项目投资延期、中止、失败或达不到预期的技术经济指标。因此,在项目投资前对投资风险进行评估对高新技术项目投资的成败有着极其重要的作用。本文在分析高新技术项目风险特点及国内外高新技术投资项目风险评估方法的基础上,结合中国的实际,探讨了风险矩阵方法在高新技术投资项目风险评估中的应用,提出了一套适合我国国情的高新技术投资项目的风险评估指标并构建了用于高新技术投资项目风险评估的风险矩阵,首次将波士顿矩阵的思想融入风险评价的流程之中,提出了高危型风险、稳健型风险、容受型风险、关注型风险的概念,通过构建风险分类2X2、3X3、5X5矩阵对项El风险进行了进一步的分类和分级,同时较为完整地构造了利用风险矩阵进行风险评估的基本流程,以期为高新技术投资项目的风险评估提供一种简单易行的评估方法。关键词:高新技术;风险矩阵;风险评估;项目投资分类号:F23 IE哀窑煎厶堂亟±堂僮i金塞△旦墅玉丛苫 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT:Hi【gh technology isturning out to be prominent drive for social economic development inthe21“ respect tothistendency,more andmore enterprises ale paying more attentionto thehightechnology and taking actively part in itsR&D and ,the investment forhigh-technologyproject is a higllly risky activity,which faces various influences including objective orsubjective thattheproject investment would bedelayed,terminated,failed or failed toreach theanticipated technical&economic target for lTence ofrisking ,it isveryimportant to evaluate theriskoftheproject before the investment.
